CodePamoja has been internationally recognised as a successful model to transfer digital skills from developed economies to people in developing nations.
At codepamoja, the scrum and agile methodology is adopted in a way that the participants are capable of learning how to (efficiently) work in teams and, as a result, provide better software solutions within a short period of time and within budget.
We offer professional training for individuals and companies who would love to improve their skills. We offer corporate training for companies that aim at upskilling their staff. Additionally we offer classroom-based training for professional courses as listed in the Codepamoja Institute of Professional Studies.
We offer practical hands on experience by working on existing projects within the scrum framework.
CodeBuddies is a project to partner African software developers with counterparts in the EU who can act as mentors and career coaches. The goal is to stimulate the digital economy in Africa, helping young people get jobs and further their careers in the African software industry.
Based on the progress of CodePamoja, there was a need to come up with a school. CodePamoja Institute of Professional Studies provides its students with an environment that enables them to learn Software Development Technologies and Data Science in a practical hands-on environment. We focus on engaging our students in addition to providing them with a platform that will enable them to not only learn but also apply and practice the new skills.
